更新日:2021年06月30日
We are pleased to announce our 2021 special exhibition, Perspectives on the Future Series 5, "Taishi Urakawa and Namonaki Sanemasa : Window to a Different Landscape. Taishi Urakawa and Namonaki Sanemasa are two artists whose paintings reflect the "perception, cognition, and physical senses" of modern people, which are being transformed under the influence of digital devices such as the Internet and smartphones. By skillfully incorporating image information circulating on the Internet, the artists express virtual worlds that serve as a window into the landscape of contemporary society. We hope you will enjoy the paintings, sculptures, installations, and other works created with innovative and edgy ideas.
