2022 Special Exhibition Life with Art Museum-Paintings that Speak-Exhibition

Under the theme of "Life with Art museum", we will introduce paintings full of emotions that match the beauty as a structural architecture and space of a Western-style building of Seiki Art Museum, which also incorporates nature such as light and sound of the outside world.
The exhibition features paintings by 34 artists who were active during the Meiji through Showa periods, including Shigeru Aoki, Yajuro Takashima, Harue Koga, Tsune Nakamura, Koutaro Migishi, and others.
Although the paintings are mainly small artworks,they are tasteful ones that the passion of the artists have been condensed.
Please enjoy the world that makes you feel the stories and emotions of the artworks that speak quietly together with the space of Seiriki Art Museum that condenses the historical stories of the Western-style building.
